The parking lane is marked by yellow paint and signs depicting prohibited areas.
72.03 Parking on Hard Surface Required
No parking in grassy areas, only asphalt, concrete or gravel
90.19 Dogs Running at Large
No dogs can be in the city without being constrained on a leash or contained by other boundaries.
92.03 Certain Conditions Declared a Nuisance – Amended 2016-04
No Noisy animals, No weeds or high grass or obstructing shrubs, plants or trees. No refuse, trash or garbage to attract rodents.
No abandoned or wrecked cars. No Noxious odors or smoke.
112.02 No Peddling/Solicitors without a License

151.01 Letter of Compliance
All improvements of any kind must be approved by the city and a letter of compliance with all ordinances and regulations will be issued.
We are currently in review of all our ordinances with our board, the state of Ky and our publisher. We intend to publish them all after any are revised or repealed.
